Checking Order Status from a Moose Knuckles Account
Important: Customers must be logged into their account at the time of purchase to view their order status on the Moose Knuckles website. If the order was placed as a guest, it will not appear in their account and the status cannot be viewed online.
1. Log In to Your Account

Hover over the My Account icon in the top-right corner of the website header.

From the drop-down menu, click Log In.

Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
2. View Your Orders

After logging in, you will be directed to the My Account page.

From the menu on the left-hand side, select My Orders.

The status of each order will be displayed on the corresponding order line.

To view more details, click View Order.
Checking Order Status in Teamwork

Go to Teamwork and click on Sales (the third option at the top of the page).

On the left-hand side, select Order Management.

Enter the customer’s order number and click Search.
- within the search results page, you may see more than 1 status if items are at different processing stages

Once you have selected the order, the top of the page will show the most outstanding status.

From the left-hand menu, click Shipments.

If the item was fulfilled from a warehouse (as shown under Fill Location), you can also check the order status in Momentis.
- each item line may have their own status if being fulfilled from different location and at different processing stages.

Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page (above Pack Slip and Email) to find the Status column.

If the status indicates the order has shipped, the Tracking Number will appear under the column titled "Tracking #".
Checking Order Status in Momentis
Important: Orders fulfilled from store locations will not appear in Momentis. Only orders shipped from warehouse locations can be checked here. You will need to open the order within Teamworks to retrieve this ship memo before you can open the order in Momentis.
- Open order within Teamworks and navigate to the shipments tab. Ship memo will be located in the first column.

Copy the Ship Memo number from the order displayed in Teamwork.

In Momentis, go to Order Inquiry.

Search for the order using the Customer PO field in the following format: Order Number – Ship Memo (example: 1002170199 – 7890).

Ensure the Status field is set to All.

Click Search.

The order status will appear on the far right under the Status column.

Click Expand All to view additional order details, including the Invoice Number and Tracking Information.
