1. Log In to Your Account
- Visit: https://www.mooseknucklescanada.com/en/
- Make sure you are accessing the correct store view based on your country of purchase in the top left corner of the screen.
- Hover over the top-right corner of the website header and click on the second icon.
- Enter your email address and password, then select Sign In.
2. Shop for Your Items
- Once logged in, browse and add your desired items to your shopping cart.
- When ready, click the shopping cart icon to view your items.
- You can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
3. Complete the Checkout Process
- Step 1: Enter your contact information.
- Step 2: Enter your shipping address.

Step 3: On the payment page, you will find two sections:
- Add a Promotional Code
- Apply a Gift Card
4. Apply Your Code or Gift Card
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the Enter a Promo Code field and click Apply.
- If you have a gift card, enter the code in the Apply a Gift Card field and click Apply.
- Only one discount code can be used per order, and discount codes cannot be combined.
- Once applied, the discount or gift card value will be reflected in the order total.
Not all gift cards and discount codes have the same rules. some may require only 1 item to be in the cart, a minimum cart value, specific items. Consumers should be aware of what is required for their code to work if not they will need to provide the code so we can look into its details.
